What we collect
When you send a hamper or corporate enquiry, we receive what you type into the form:
- Your name, company, email address and phone number.
- The hamper, items, quantity and budget you choose or mention.
- Delivery dates and addresses.
- Gift messages, branding requests and anything else you add.
If you contact us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email, we receive the details you share there.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quotation.
- To confirm availability, price, payment and delivery with you.
- To prepare, brand and deliver your order if you go ahead.
- To keep the business records we need for orders and accounts.
We use your details because you asked us to respond to your enquiry, and to take steps towards an order you may place.
Where it’s kept and who can see it
Enquiries from this website go to a private spreadsheet and our business email, both held in our Google account. Only Finicky Multi Ventures and people we authorise to handle orders can see them.
If we use a courier for your delivery, we share only the details needed to get your order to you. We don’t sell or rent your details to anyone.
The website itself is run on a hosting service, which handles basic technical information such as your IP address to deliver pages securely.
If you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp’s own privacy policy also applies to that conversation.
Cookies and your browser
This website doesn’t use cookies, and it doesn’t store anything in your browser.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only as long as we need them to respond to you, manage any order that follows and keep our business records.
Your choices
You can ask us what details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. Email us at finickymulti@gmail.com and we’ll respond as soon as we can.
You also have rights under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, including the right to complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
